CST extends its deepest sympathies to Eldon & Cheri Beever on the loss of Eldon’s mother, in late November, 2017. Grandmother to Gene, Dean & Dustin Beever, Edith Beever resided in Quincy, IL, and lived to the age of 94. Edith had quite a life, with a passion for antique cars, and a love for her children and grandchildren – she has 35 great grandchildren! While this bit of news was unintentionally excluded from the December EARS, CST wishes to let the entire Beever family know that they are in our thoughts and prayers now and always.

The Corn Stock family also extends sympathy to Wendy & Randee Blickenstaff, on the loss of Wendy’s husband, Jon Blickenstaff, on December 18, 2017. Father to Randee, she was the apple of his eye. All three have been extremely active at CST, with Jon most recently appearing in 2015’s Brigadoon, where he played to solo bagpipe during the funeral scene. Jon was a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, was trained as an Army Ranger, certified as a jungle expert, and was awarded three purple hearts, a Bronze Star, and a Silver Star. Jon, Wendy & Randee have a passion for all things Disney, and they loved vacationing there. Jon will be deeply and sincerely missed by not only his family, but also the countless souls who crossed his path and experienced his influence for good throughout his life.

Most recently, Nancy, Brian & Alexis Wraight lost Brian’s mother, Ruth Ann, on January 2, 2018. She was a remarkable woman in all aspects of life. Her loss is devastating to the family and her friends. Please continue to pray for the Wraight family as they mourn the loss of a mom, grandmother, wife and friend.
