Responsible for overseeing all financial resources of the corporation and developing the annual financial budget and risk management plan including insurance to ensure long-term sustainability of the Corn Stock mission.

Nominating: To optimize the composition, competence, and integrity of the Board of Directors by searching for, soliciting, and recommending qualified and effective individuals for election to the Board, ensuring membership at the level established in the Bylaws.
Legacy/Long Range Planning: To guide the organization in identifying and evaluating long-term goals, challenges, and opportunities; and to support the Board and staff in strategic planning efforts that advance Corn Stock Theatre’s mission, sustainability, and growth.

The Marketing Committee is responsible for promoting Corn Stock Theatre’s productions, programs, and initiatives to the public.

The Community Engagement Committee is dedicated to strengthening relationships between Corn Stock Theatre and the greater community through fundraising efforts, special events, and outreach initiatives. The committee works to foster goodwill, encourage participation, and generate financial and volunteer support for the organization. (formerly Fundraising & Special Events)

The Facilities & Safety Committee is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, improvement, and safety of all Corn Stock Theatre properties, including the Tent, Theatre Center, and surrounding grounds. The committee ensures that facilities are functional, safe, and well-maintained for performers, patrons, and volunteers, and that appropriate insurance coverage and risk management practices are in place. The Membership Engagement Committee is responsible for fostering a strong, connected community within Corn Stock Theatre by managing membership records, planning member-focused events, and administering awards and recognition programs. The committee ensures that members feel valued, celebrated, and engaged in the life of the theatre. (formerly Social & Membership Committee; now includes Awards duties from the former Scholarship & Awards Committee)

The Education Committee is responsible for fostering educational opportunities within Corn Stock Theatre through workshops, training, and the administration of theatre-related scholarships. The committee supports the development of theatrical skills and knowledge for participants of all ages while recognizing and rewarding individuals who have contributed to Corn Stock in a volunteer capacity.
