Ticket exchanges can be done through the link in your confirmation email or by calling the box office. Seating is subject to availability, and not guaranteed. If you cannot attend the performance you have ticket(s) for, there is a possibility for you to exchange them for another night for the same production (with at least a 24-hour notice) by contacting the Box Office at 309-676-2196.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. In case of emergency, please contact Box Office Personnel at least 24-hours before your show date.
Groups of 10 or more we offer $1.00 off per ticket. For groups of 20 or more, we offer $2.00 off per ticket. All tickets must be purchased at one time to receive the discount. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in-person.
*This also applies to season passes and would be a discount for each individual ticket within the season pass.
