Ticket exchanges can be done through the link in your confirmation email or by calling the box office. Seating is subject to availability, and not guaranteed. If you cannot attend the performance you have ticket(s) for, there is a possibility for you to exchange them for another night for the same production (with at least a 24-hour notice) by contacting the Box Office at 309-676-2196.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. In case of emergency, please contact Box Office Personnel at least 24-hours before your show date.
Groups of 10 or more we offer $1.00 off per ticket. For groups of 20 or more, we offer $2.00 off per ticket. All tickets must be for the same performance and purchased at one time to receive the discount. To receive the discount online, use the codes GROUP10 or GROUP20. The code needs to be entered once you pick the show and then the performance, the box appears above the “select seats from map” button. Contact the box office if you have any issues.
