Work Day - Spring 2024

SATURDAY, MAY 4 & SUNDAY, MAY 5, 9am-4pm
(depending on how much help we actually get, the days may not last all the way to 4pm and we may not even need to come back on Sunday. We won’t know that until after the first Work Day)

*Hot coffee and snacks will be provided in the morning (both days)
*Lunch will be provided (both days)

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
– Bringing chairs, sound, and lighting equipment from the Theatre Center to the Tent
– Dusting off light equipment
– Hanging tent side-panels
– Assembling sound and light grid
– Setting up the backstage dressing rooms
– Helping in the prop and costume rooms
– Cleaning the backstage area, restrooms, chairs, concessions, etc
– Landscaping
– AND MORE!!!

All ability levels are welcome! We need everyone’s help as we are cleaning the Tent and the Theatre Center to prepare for the Summer Season. Not everything is heavy lifting!
